mobile: one mode-toggle button instead of two bottom tabs

Replace the two-tab bottom bar (Live / Архив) with a single centered
toggle button. It switches the mode either/or: shows the current mode
with a swap glyph (⇆), tap flips Live ⇄ Архив.
